Ray Bigelow joins the Brandeis Athletics staff in the summer of 2023 as the department’s new operations coordinator. He will oversee the Linsey Pool and serve as a game operations manager for baseball and softball.
Bigelow is a 2021 graduate of the University of Maine-Orono with B.S. in Kinesiology and Physical Education. At Maine, he worked in campus recreation with intramural sports, facility maintenance, and front desk operations. In 2022, he was named Maine’s Dave Ames Award winner for outstanding student employee of the year.
Following his time at the University of Maine-Orono, he spent the 2022-23 school year as a Graduate Assistant of Facilities and Operations in the Margot Connell Recreation Center at Boston College.
Bigelow anticipates completing an M.S. in Sports Administration from Boston College in December 2023.
