Nomakeo goes deep twice in final game of career

The 2017 Brandeis baseball season ended on a high note for Anthony Nomakeo '17, who had a game to remember in his final contest at UMass Dartmouth. Nomakeo went 3-for-5 with two home runs and seven RBIs in a 10-4 win for the Judges. He had never homered in college before becoming the first Brandeis player to go yard twice in a single game since 2012. His seven RBIs in the game were the most by a Brandeis player since at least 2005. If that wasn't enough. Nomakeo also came in to pitch the ninth inning and struck out two of the four batters he faced, earning a spot as the UAA Hitter of the Week and on the D3Baseball.com Team of the Week for his efforts.
