Premo scores twice to lead men's soccer to 3-0 win in 2006 season opener

BEVERLY, MA - Brandeis University sophomore Ben Premo (Florence, Mass.) scored twice and senior Yuval Ezer (Netanya, Israel) tallied the game-winner after missing his entire junior year as the Brandeis men's soccer team defeated Endicott, 3-0, in the season opener for both teams.

Brandeis (1-0) jumped out to an early lead when Ezer opened the game's scoring in the 24th minute. The Gulls held Brandeis scoreless for the remainder of the first half but Premo would add his two goals in the second half to propel the Judges to the victory.

Brandeis rookie goalkeeper Taylor Bracken (No. Andover, Mass.) made two saves in his collegiate debut to earn the shutout.
