Jason Sliwoski enters his fifth season with the Brandeis Track and Field program.

As a former standout student-athlete at Worcester State University, Sliwoski currently holds his former school’s record in both the Heptathlon and the Decathlon. He finished his collegiate athletic career as a three-time All-Division III New England athlete, a three-time All-ECAC athlete in the Heptathlon and Decathlon, and he was an NCAA national qualifier in the Decathlon.

While serving as a Research Grant Accountant from 2015 to 2016, Sliwoski also acted as a volunteer Assistant Coach at the University of Maine, where he worked with sprints, jumps, hurdles, and multi-event athletes. In addition to his role at Brandeis, Sliwoski currently serves as an assistant coach at Bill Falk's throws camp in Providence, R.I. With the Judges, Sliwoski coaches hurdles, jumps, short sprints, and javelin. Under his tutelage, Jack Allan '20 set the school record in the heptathlon, decathlon and 60-meter hurdles, earning All-America honors in the heptathlon in 2020. Sliwoski also coordinates the team's strength and conditioning program. 

Sliwoski received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration while minoring in Economics. He currently resides in Leicester, MA.
