2010 — Hirschler played in 12 games as a sophomore during the 2010 historic campaign and hit an impressive .444 in nine pinch-hit at-bats in the season. During the second half of the season, Hirschler went on a four-game hit-streak for the Judges, including a monster double versus Wesleyan University that hit off the top of the fence and fell back into the field of play for a stand-up double; had the ball fallen on the other side, it would have been the righties first collegiate homerun. During the four-game hit-streak, Hirschler also recorded her first NCAA post-season hit on May 16th in a losing effort against the United States Coast Guard Academy. On the defensive side of things, Hirschler completed her second year in a row with a perfect fielding percentage in the outfield. 2009 — Hirschler played in seven games as a freshman for the Judges either as a catcher or a pinch hitter. Hirschler recorded her first career collegiate hit, a single, on March 13th in Florida against conference foe Case Western Reserve University. High School — Hirschler served as the starting catcher for the John F. Kennedy Cougars all four years of high school. Hirschler was awarded All- Conference honors in 2005 as a freshman and All-County honors each of her last three years. She served as captain her junior and senior years. Hirschler caught and played the outfield for the Long Island Riptide summer ball team in ninth and tenth grade before moving on to do the same for the Long Island Sudden Impact 18U Gold team for her final two years of high school. Personal — Born Maxine Hoffman Hirschler to Arthur and Adrienne Hirschler on May 19, 1990. One twin sister, Lara, a member of the 2009 and 2010 Brandeis softball teams, and two younger twin brothers, Benjamin and Jeremy, seniors at John F. Kennedy High School in Bellmore, New York.
