WALTHAM, Mass. – The Brandeis University women's basketball team never led tonight as the Judges dropped a 72-42 University Athletic Association contest to visiting Emory University in Red Auerbach Arena. Brandeis falls to 7-11 overall and 3-5 in the UAA, while the Eagles improve to 14-5, 5-3 UAA.

  • They held Brandeis to a season-low in points (42) and field-goal percentage (23.6%, 13-55).
  • Brandeis trailed, 21-10, after the first period, but looked to get back in the game by outscoring the Eagles, 17-14, in the second.
