Chelsea Houlihan joined the Brandeis coaching staff as an assistant coach in 2019-20. She previously served as an assistant coach at Newbury College for one season.

Houlihan is a 2018 graduate of UMass Dartmouth, where she was a three-year starter, averaging 6.4 points and 4.2 rebounds per game during her career. As a junior, she helped the Corsairs reach the Elite Eight of the NCAA Division III tournament. Houlihan received her B.A. in English from UMass Dartmouth, where she also served as a game-day assistant and radio host for the UMD athletic department.
