Bob Winch joins the Brandeis Women’s Soccer staff as a volunteer coach for the 2016 season. He brings a wealth of experience to the Judges’ sidelines, having spent nearly 30 years at the Division I level. Winch coached the men’s teams as an assistant at Central Connecticut State and Clemson and as the head coach at Central Florida. He led the Knights to three NCAA tournaments and six conference championships between 1993 and 2005. In 2005, he joined the Auburn University women’s staff as an assistant coach, and was head coach at The Citadel from 2006 to 2016. Twice he was named Southern Conference coach of the Year. Winch graduated from UNC Pembroke with a BS degree and earned a Master of Education from Slippery Rock University.
