John Conlon has worked with the Brandeis goalkeepers since the 2014 season.  Currently working as the Director of Sport Science/Asst. Director of Goalkeeping at New England Futbal Club, Conlon has experience at the collegiate level with the women's programs at East Tennessee State University, University of Massachusetts - Amherst, Northeastern University, and the University of New Hampshire.  

While working as the first assistant at ETSU, he helped the team set single season school records for total goals allowed, goals against average, and total shutouts and the starting goalkeeper garnered Second-Team All-Conference honors.  He helped coach UMass – Amherst to a tie for fifth place in the Atlantic 10 after being picked to finished 12th out of 14 teams.  Their 5th place finish in 2009 led them to an appearance in the Atlantic-10 conference tournament for the first time since 2004.

Prior to UMass, Conlon spent the spring of 2009 as a volunteer assistant coach on the women's soccer staff at Northeastern University.  Conlon was also an assistant coach at his alma mater, University of New Hampshire from 2005-2008.  During his tenure at UNH, the team played in 4 consecutive conference tournaments, including reaching and hosting the conference tournament finals in 2007 as well as a share of the regular season conference championship that season.  During the 2007 season, he was part of a coaching staff that won the award for the America East Coaching Staff of the Year.

On top of his experience coaching collegiate women's soccer, Conlon served as a strength and conditioning intern while at UNH from 2004-2006.  As an intern, he worked with many UNH athletic teams, including track & field, men's and women's tennis, and men's soccer.  He also served as an intern at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning during the summer of 2006.
