• Norton, Selig claim Capital One Academic All-District honors

    Honors continue to roll in for recent Brandeis graduates Paul Norton and Grayce Selig of the track and field and cross country teams. Both were named to the Capital One Academic All-District I teams as selected by the College Sports Information Director's Association (CoSIDA). Norton was a first-team honoree and will be placed on the ballot for Academic All-America honors, while Selig was a second-team selection.

    Junior Kate Warwick had her best career cross country individual performance, finishing third at the 2010 UMass Dartmouth Shriners Invitational. Meanwhile, the 10th-ranked Judge men finished in third place by just six points despite running without several of their top performers.
  • Brandeis women's country defeats University of Southern Maine in season opener

    Two-time All-American Grayce Selig paced the 26th-ranked women's cross country team to victory in their season opener, 15-48, against the University of Southern Maine. The Judges had the top five finishers in the race, including newcomer Ali Kirsch who was part of the four-person pack behind Selig.
