Sam Sahl joins the Brandeis Strength and Conditioning staff in 2020-21 as a graduate student. Sahl is currently pursuing his Master's in Exercise and Sports Science and is fulfilling his practical experience with the Judges.

Sahl is a 2019 graduate of the University of New England. He was a four-year member of the Nor'Easters' men's lacrosse team, earning National Strength and Conditioning Association All-America honors as a senior. Sahl also did research in UNE's Motion Analysis Lab. He graduated in 2019 with a degree in Applied Exercise Science. After graduation from UNE, Sahl served as a strength and conditioning intern at Trinity (Conn.) College, and then spent the spring of 2020 as the head S&C coach at Bridgeton Academy in Maine.
