The men's basketball program becomes the eighth different Brandeis program over the past decade to partner with Team IMPACT to help improve the lives of youngsters with life-threatening illnesses.
The Brandeis women scored the game's first 13 points and never looked back. Hannah Nicholson led the way with her fourth double-double of the season with 14 points and 12 rebounds.
Going up against tough competition, the Judges consistently competed and utilized their depth to finish the invitational in 10th place with over 30 individual swimmers tallying points at one point.
Chandler Jones scored a career-high 26 points and dished a career-best seven assists as the Judges outscored the Vikings, 63-36, in the second half. Brandeis missed just 10 shots in the stanza.
Despite top-tier competition, the Judges again showed their impressive depth to maintain in 10th place, while also boasting an impressive 29 individual swimmers who tallied points.
Junior Chandler Jones scored 25 points for the second time this season, including 21 in the second half, but the Jumbos scored the game's final 10 points to pull out the win.
