• Brandeis announces 2009 Hall of Fame class

    The Brandeis University Department of Athletics and the Friends of Brandeis Athletics (FOBA) are proud to announce the members of the Class of 2009 to the Brandeis Athletics Hall of Fame. The 13th Hall of Fame Class will be inducted at an 11:00 a.m. brunch ceremony at the Westin Hotel in Waltham on November 1.

    Sophomore Paul Norton (Amherst, Mass.) finished in 39th place, the fifth underclassman to cross the line, leading the Brandeis men's cross country team to 20th place at the NCAA Division III Championships at Hanover College in Indiana.
  • Men's x-country places fourth at New Englands, earns bid to NCAA championships

    The Brandeis men's cross country team is returning to the NCAA championships for the first time in 10 years! Sophomore Paul Norton and rookies Chris Brown and Marc Boutin all earned All-New England honors and the Judges finished fourth at the New England regionals, garnering an at-large berth at NCAAs.
  • Boutin named UAA men's x-country Rookie of the Year

    Brandeis rookie Marc Boutin (Westford, Mass.) has been named the UAA men's cross country Rookie of the Year. He is the second-straight Judges to earn the honor, joining sophomore Mekonen Gendebo (Cambridge, Mass.).
  • Men's x-country takes fourth at UAAs, Norton finishes 15th

    Behind sophomore Paul Norton (Amherst, Mass.), the Brandeis men's cross country team improved one spot to place fourth at the University Athletic Association championships at Emory. Norton placed 15th with a time of 26:24.14, seven seconds out of All-UAA status.
  • Men's soccer snaps skid with 2-0 win over Springfield

    Senior Ben Premo (Florence, Mass.) moved into sole possession of fifth place on Brandeis's career goal and point scoring list tonight as the Judges defeated Springfield College, 2-0. The win snapped a seven-match winless streak.
  • Vega leads men's cross-country to runner-up finish at UAlbany

    Sophomore Kerwin Vega (Waltham, Mass.) had one of the top performances of his career, leading a pack of five Judges in the top 25 finishers as Brandeis men's cross country finished second at the 42nd annual University of Albany Invitational.
  • Men's cross country places 27th at Open New Englands

    Running without several of their top performers, the Brandeis men's cross country team finished 27th overall and 11th among Division III schools at the Open New England Championships in Franklin Park. The Judges were paced by senior Mike Stone, who came in 82nd overall.

    Sophomore Paul Norton (Amherst, Mass.) was the individual race winner today as the Brandeis men's cross country team defeated Bentley College at Weston High School. The Judges took a 19-42 decision.
