Sophomore Max Fabian lowered his own school record in the 1,650-yard freestyle with a time of 16:13.83, finishing fourth, just out of All-UAA contention.

Sophomore Max Fabian of Keene, N.H., is taking part in US Swimming’s 2012 Open Water Select Camp from June 5-9. A sophomore transfer from Connecticut College, he is attending the camp in Fort Myers, Fla., as one of the best distance swimmers in the nation.
