We 'B' Wellness Program Frequently Asked Questions
What is the cost to participate in the We ‘B’ Wellness program?
The program is FREE for all eligible participants, but requires that you download the We The Jury app on your smartphone to be eligible to check-in to fitness classes and athletic/intramural events.
Who is eligible to participate in the We ‘B’ Wellness program?
Current Brandeis University undergraduate, graduate students, and faculty & staff who have a valid Brandeis ID may participate in the We ‘B’ Wellness program. Student-athletes and student workers will not be eligible to earn points for events in which they compete, perform, or work.
How can I get started with the We ‘B’ Wellness program?
Download the We the Jury app in the App Store or Google Play, sign up using your Brandeis email address, and start attending any of the events listed. Events include group fitness classes, Intramural Sports tournaments, and varsity athletic events.
Do my points carry over from semester to semester and year to year?
No, everyone will start from zero (0) at the beginning of each semester. Points will expire at the end of the Fall semester and the end of the Spring semester and must be spent prior to expiration.
If I miss an event or forget to check-in, can I still get credit?
No, you must check-in during the class or event to earn points. Points cannot be changed, added to, or combined with any other account. If you have an issue or question about the amount of points on your account, please email jmizraji@brandeis.edu.
How do I spend my points?
Go to the Rewards section of the We the Jury app and click “PRIZES.” Click on the prize you want that you are eligible to receive. Prizes will be ready for pick up at the Gosman Front desk the Monday after you redeem it on the app. For prizes that have multiple colors or size options, please email jmizraji@brandeis.edu with your choice(s).
How do I check in at an event?
When you attend an in-person event, simply open your We The Jury app, click on the events button, select your event, and click “Check in to this event.”
For virtual events, you will be provided a bonus code in which you can enter in the ACCOUNT section of the app. Please see below for instructions on to redeem a promo code using the app on an iPhone.
I bought a prize in the prize store. Now what?
Prizes will be available for pick up at the Gosman front desk the following Monday at Noon after purchase. You may pick up the prize anytime in the afternoon on Monday during Gosman building hours. You must present your Brandeis ID at that time and your We The Jury profile must be filled out completely.
Can I pick up a prize for a friend, or combine points with a friend for a bigger prize?
No, you must pick up your own prize, and may only use points associated to your own account to purchase a prize.
