Madeleine Vibert, Women's Fencing

GET TO KNOW  MADDY

Hometown: Las Vegas, Nevada

Majors: Psychology, Philosophy

Favorite athletic moments: Individually, going 2-1 against Harvard in 2019, and as a team, beating Tufts and Wellesley in a dual match in 2020. 

The thing that attracted me most to Brandeis: The academic rigor and the fencing team.

Favorite place on campus outside of Gosman: The Mandel Atrium.

After I graduate, I plan to: Take a gap year and then go to law school!

Favorite TV Show: Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Favorite Song: Breathe Deeper by Tame Impala.

Favorite Book: The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls

Favorite pro team: Vegas Golden Knights, because I'm a Las Vegas native!

Favorite Meal: Sushi and cheesecake!
