Lee named assistant athletic trainer

WALTHAM, Mass. -- Brandeis University has named Peng "Jasmine" Lee as its newest assistant athletic trainer, Director of Athletics Lauren Haynie announced today.

Lee comes to Brandeis from Plymouth State University, where she earned her Master's in Athletic Training this past May. Lee worked with the Panthers' football, men's ice hockey, women's soccer and men's and women's indoor track and field teams. She also worked at Plymouth Regional High School and New Hampton School in New Hampshire.

A native of Taiwan, Lee earned bachelor's and master's degrees in physical education from the National Taiwan University of Sport in 2015 and 2017, respectively. She worked with the track and field team at NTUS, earning the University's Academic Achievement and Special Contribution Awards. Lee also served as the athletic trainer for the Chinese Taipei Weightlifting Association in July of 2017 and for the National Taiwan Normal University from February 2018 to February 2019.
