a Joe Coppens (Rockland, Mass.) 3-pointer with just over six
minutes gone. The Maroons answered with 17-6 run of their own over
the next nine minutes, reclaiming the lead, 24-22, on a Matt
Corning trifecta. Brandeis eventually took a 39-36 lead into the
locker room, thanks to 12 points from senior forward Stephen Hill

of a wide-open Jake Pancratz, who buried the triple to give the
Maroons a 67-63 lead. A Hill lay-up cut the margin back to two at
the 1:49 mark, but Corning answered on the other end with 1:26
