Play improved tremendously as the season progressed, scoring in double figures in three of his last four contests... High School: Graduated from Rockport High School in Mass., in 2005... A four-year letter-winner for the Vikings, served as captain in junior and senior seasons... Named a Cape Ann League All-Star as a junior and senior, including Player of the Year honors in 2005... Also a talented golfer who finished eighth in the state as a junior.
