  • WashU answered with a 6-0 run to reestablish their seven-point advantage with 5:41 left at 62-55 on a Kindsvater put-back.
  • The Judges answered over the next three minutes, getting back within one on Ryan Power's (Waltham, Mass./Waltham) jumper at the 3:41 mark that made it 62-61.
  • Brandeis got a stop on their next possession, but were unable to take their first lead of the game on a long 3-pointer missed by Harris.
  • The Bears followed with a bucket by Jake Wolf to go ahead, 64-61, with 2:48 left.
  • After WashU forced a turnover, Power got a steal on the Bears' next possession. On the ensuing fast break, Edwards' layup spun off the rim, and the hosts came down and hit a 3-pointer on the other end for a huge five-point swing.
