Men's swimming and diving gets by Bentley, 128-109

WALTHAM, Mass. -- Three different Brandeis swimmers won multiple events tonight as the Judges defeated Division II cross-town rivals Bentley University, 128-109.The Judges won 10 of the 13 events overall.

Senior Robert Morse (Hope, R.I.) won two mid-distance events, taking the 200-yard freestyle in 1:49.03 and the 500 in 5:02.26. Junior standout James Liu (Longmeadow, Mass.) won the freestyle sprints, taking the 50 in 22.35 seconds and the 100 in one minute flat. Rookie Marc Eder (Princeton, N.J.) rounded out the multiple winners with victories in the 200 individual medley (2:04.78) and the 200 breaststroke (2:15.93).

Single-event winners for the Judges were junior Alex Cemaj (Omaha, Neb.) in the 1000 free (10:29.06) and sophomore Aaron Bennett (Setauket, N.Y.) in the 200 butterfly (2:00.86). The Judges also won both the 400 medley and freestyle relays in 3:40.30 and 3:23.86, respectively.
