Jackson also scored a career-high 20 points and grabbed eight boards in a 69-65 upset win at then-ninth-ranked Rochester in front of a hometown crowd. Jackson was named Most Valuable Player of the Brandeis Tip-Off Tournament for the second year in a row this season.

The Brandeis women's basketball team finished with a 12-13 record, 5-9 in the UAA this season, good for sixth place. The Judges picked up a pair of wins over conference NCAA tournament teams, both on the road, winning at Carnegie Mellon, 72-66, on Feb. 7 and at Rochester, 69-65, on Feb. 12.
