Jill Latanowich joined the Brandeis University women’s basketball staff prior to the 2021-22 season. 

A native of Newton, Massachusetts, Latanowich was a Bay State League All-Star and team captain at Newton North High School. She attended Division II Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, Delaware for four years, where she was a guard for the Lightning, appearing in 109 games and stepping in as a captain and starter as a season. Latanowich also served for four years as a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and was an academic tutor. She graduated from GBC with a degree in business administration with a concentration in sports management. Since graduating, Latanowich has been involved in numerous basketball camps, including serving as the Director of the women’s tournament at Hopes For Hope in West Medford, Massachusetts. She was on the coaching staff at MIT before joining Brandeis in 2021.
