Getting to know Dylan...

My favorite part about competing for Brandeis, other than my teammates, is: competing against other teams and trying to reach my personal best to help my team succeed

My favorite athletic moment at Brandeis has been: Meet against Bentley

My favorite high school/non-Brandeis athletic moment is: When my high school swim team made it to the sectional finals my freshman year

My goal for the 2021-2022 season is: Push myself to train and perform to my best ability, and be in position to help my team as needed

My favorite class at Brandeis is: Hollywood and American Culture. I am a huge movie fan and it was interesting watching and learning about many of the most important movies in American Cinema History. This class combined my interest both in movies and US History.

The thing that attracted me most to Brandeis was: The variety of classes and academic reputation combined with its location right outside of Boston

My favorite place on campus, outside of Gosman, is: Sherman Dining Hall

Something new I learned during COVID-19: I hate masks

My favorite place to travel is: Hawaii

I want to study abroad in: London because it would be great to explore there, but also easily travel to other places in Europe

Outside of my sport, my favorite thing to do at Brandeis is: hang out with my friends on the swim team and hopefully be able to explore the Boston area this year

My summer job/experience was: Doing deliveries for DoorDash

My favorite movie of all time is: The Shawshank Redemption

My favorite TV Show is: Game of Thrones (until the final season)

My favorite song is: I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For by U2

My favorite book is: The Martian by Andy Weir

My favorite pro sports team is: Philadelphia 76ers - I love the NBA, and they are my hometown team

My most memorable professional sports moment is: Kawhi Leonard triple clank shot that went in to defeat the Sixers and end their 2019 playoff run

If I were on Jeopardy!, my dream category would be: Chick-fil-a
