HOW IT HAPPENED

Volpe took a touch around the charging Chicago keeper and fired the ball into the open net for her third goal of the season. The assist was Mastandrea's team-leading fourth of the campaign, all coming in UAA contests.
- Brandeis junior Sierra Dana (Lombard, Ill./Glenbard East), playing in front of a home-town crowd, made three saves in the final six minutes to preserve the shutout.
