Norton caps career with Academic All-America third-team honorJune 23, 2011Recent graduate Paul Norton capped his collegiate career for Brandeis University by earning Capital One Academic All-America honors as selected by the College Sports Information Directors Association. Norton led the Brandeis cross country team to three straight NCAA championship berths and was the 2010 UAA Indoor Track and Field Most Outstanding Runner.

Norton, Selig claim Capital One Academic All-District honorsJune 06, 2011Honors continue to roll in for recent Brandeis graduates Paul Norton and Grayce Selig of the track and field and cross country teams. Both were named to the Capital One Academic All-District I teams as selected by the College Sports Information Director's Association (CoSIDA). Norton was a first-team honoree and will be placed on the ballot for Academic All-America honors, while Selig was a second-team selection.

Men's cross country places 16th at nationalsNovember 20, 2010Despite not having any All-Americans this season, the Brandeis men's cross country team finished in 16th place overall at the 2010 NCAA Championships, improving by eight spots from a year ago. The Judges were second among New England teams and third among UAA squads.

The Judges will compete at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, led by senior Paul Norton, the seventh-place finisher at the 2009 championships.
