Exercise with Kat

Kat Page has been working at Brandeis University since the summer of 2012 as the Fitness Coordinator.  She received her BA in Psychology from Providence College and then a MEd from Springfield College in 2012.  Some of her duties include Yoga instruction for varsity teams, creating and implementing the group exercise schedule, supervision of group exercise instructors and personal trainers and general maintenance of the cardio and weight rooms.  Kat is certified in personal training, group exercise, Yoga and cycling.
